As the year draws to a close, IBMA, the IBMA Trust Fund and the IBMA Foundation request your help in a joint, year-end giving campaign. Your gift will:

• help the International Bluegrass Music Association to empower bluegrass music on a global scale through programs like Leadership Bluegrass and events like IBMA World of Bluegrass,

• help the IBMA Trust Fund to provide emergency financial aid to bluegrass professionals, including a COVID-19 Relief Fund, and

• help the IBMA Foundation to build a brighter future for bluegrass music through project and Arnold Shultz Fund grants, college scholarships and showcases, educational bluegrass programs for youth, and more.

In addition to the online campaign, there will be a benefit concert Wednesday, December 14 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. CT at the American Legion Post 82, 3204 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, to raise funds for the three sister organizations. East Nash Grass will headline the show, with special guests. Attendees will also want to check out the silent auction.

These efforts strengthen the bluegrass community and bring more people into the circle. The goal for this campaign is $25,000. Your donation of $100, $50, $20 or more will support all three bluegrass nonprofits to ensure that bluegrass music not only survives current challenges but emerges even stronger as we work together.

Your donation may be fully tax deductible as a 2022 charitable contribution, even if you do not itemize. Please consult your tax preparer.

Unless otherwise specified, donations made to IBMA and the IBMA Foundation during the month of December will be split equally among those two organizations and the IBMA Trust Fund. Donate here on the Foundation website or here on the IBMA website.
