6th annual Strings for Dreams Bluegrass Raffle kicks off April 1, 2026

Mar 27, 2026 | News

Win a HD-35 Martin guitar and support the future of bluegrass music!

The IBMA Foundation is excited to announce the 6th annual Strings for Dreams Bluegrass Raffle, launching April 1, 2026. This year’s prize is a 2022 HD-35 Martin guitar with hard shell case generously donated by Dr. Richard Brown, former IBMA Foundation board member and co-chair of the Arnold Shultz Fund advisory committee. The guitar is in pristine condition with a great tone, comes with a hard-shell case, and it is valued at $4,500. Raffle tickets will be available from April 1 – May 15, 2026. Tickets start at $20 each, with no limit on the number of chances an individual may purchase. Raffle tickets are available at this link from April 1, (6 a.m. ET) through May 15, 2026 (11:55 p.m. ET).

The 2022 HD-35 Martin is a premiere dreadnought that pairs iconic 1960s styling. It has a three-piece back, herringbone trim, and features a thunderous, powerhouse sound. Its specialized 1/4-inch scalloped bracing delivers a massive bass response and rich overtones that out-punch even the legendary D-28. Built with a Sitka spruce top and a sleek high-performance neck, it’s the ultimate choice for players who want beautiful resonance and effortless playability.
