Launched in January 2025 by Mike Wilner and Liz Wolfe, the Bluegrass BKLYN podcast has already produced over 80 episodes, reaching listeners in more than 50 countries. Dropping twice a week, the show covers both national bluegrass topics and the local New York City scene. Recurring themes include Women in Bluegrass, Festival Recaps, Jam Talk, Bluegrass: The Next Generation, Artists You Should Know, and Music: Mind & Spirit. When they aren’t behind the microphone, both Mike and Liz stay busy hosting multiple bluegrass jams in and around NYC.
