Be sure to join us Friday and Saturday, September 29 and 30, at the Youth Stage in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, for the IBMA Foundation’s annual Bluegrass College Band Showcase. We are honored to spotlight emerging bluegrass talent from a diverse group of colleges and universities at IBMA’s Bluegrass LIVE festival. Thirteen bands from nine states will be performing at the times noted below.

Friday, Sept. 29 Youth Stage
6-6:30 pm: Orchestra Appalachia (Ferrum College), directed by Emily Tucker – Ferrum, Virginia
6:45-7:15 pm: Bluegrass Pride Band (East Tennessee State University), directed by Dan Boner – Johnson City, Tennessee
7:30-8 pm: Denison University Bluegrass Ensemble, directed by Adam Schlenker – Granville, Ohio
8:15-8:45 pm: Warren Wilson Bluegrass Ensemble, directed by Ben Krakauer – Swannanoa, North Carolina
